Make the all humanity your spiritual family; conquer your own mind, and you will conquer the world.
Fais de l'humanité tout entiere ta famille spirituelle, conquiers le mental, tu auras conquis l'univers.
Japji Sahib, Pauris 28.
Satmukh came to China in 2006. His main purpose was to learn Chinese and practice Qigong. But when he attended his first Kundalini yoga class with Angad Kaur (
www.yogaasia.com) in Shanghai, he felt very touched and connected to the Teachings and knew at this moment that his life will definitively take a new direction.
He gave up his carreer as an urban planner and went to India and to Thailand to deepen his yoga practice and meditation. He became certified to teach Ashtanga vinyasa yoga in 2007 (attested by
Yoga Alliance) and Kundalini yoga in 2008 (attested by the
Kundalini Research Institute ). He is currently taking part in a Kundalini yoga teacher training Level 2 course with
Karta Singh in France.
Following 2 years of living in different places around Yunnan Province in China, he decided to settle down in Dali where he created Yoga-Gaia. Yoga-Gaia was launched in 2008 to promote Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in the Yunnan Province of South-West China. Satmukh is now based in France but comes back regulary to China to propose
workshops in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Hangzhou. Satmukh teaches kundalini yoga in English, French and Chinese.
In the Old Town of Dali, you are welcome to join a
regular class with our new teacher Param Sangat Singh.
